On this page we will give short answers and solutions for the most frequently-asked questions. Here are the current questions in alphabetical order.

Contact impossible due to technical reasons
Clicking on a contact button linked to an email address you get an error message telling you that the required EXE file of the e-mail programme, e.g. Netscape, is not available.
1. Using the search function of Windows Explorer,
check the location of the required EXE file on your PC and note the whole path.
2. Follow the instructions given by the error message
to tell verbalissimo the location of the required EXE file.
1. Go to our Contacts page, select our email address, and copy it to the clipboard using Ctrl+C.
2. Launch your usual email programme and using Ctrl+V paste our email address wherever required by your programme.
No vertical scrollbar
Although the page is longer than the screen, there is no vertical scrollbar on the right side of the screen. How to browse vertically in this case?
This problem only sometimes occurs with a reduced screen resolution (e.g. 800 x 600) and can easily be got round. Just use the screen-up, screen-down or line-up, line-down key of your keybord.
Page not found
When you click on a certain link, you get an error message (404) telling you that the desired page cannot be found.
Normally this error should not occur if you follow a link programmed by us. In the opposite case, please tell us. All Verbalissimo users will really appreciate your help to improve our site. Thank you very much indeed!
First, check if you did not start from a Verbalissimo page saved on your computer (e.g. in the cache of your browser). This page might be obsolete and incompatible with the present structure of our site. In this case, it may be sufficient to reload the link's starting page from the Web and to click on the concerned link once more.
Your "favorites" may progressively become obsolete in proportion as the development of our pages continues. For technical reasons, we must sometimes change some file names or - more seldom - the page hierarchy. If necessary restart from http://www.verbalissimo.com to find the desired page using the menu cascade, place a new book-mark and above all, remove the old one!
